Default Problem with Beetel 220BX modem

i had an airtel connection in agra, now when i shifted to delhi i want to keep my existing beetel 220bx adsl 2+ modem and make it work with MTNL.

But now when i connect the modem, i'm not able to go to its admin panel by 192.168.1.1. I tried using USB but the PC/USB light turned RED and remains RED all the time. When i plug in the ethernet cable, my connection gets connected but no ping happens to 192.168.1.1.

Please help me, i need to configure this for mTNL

    Download user manual.
With modem connected/power on try reset for 10 to 30 seconds. with a Ball point refill.
for factory settings. then 192.168.1.1 admin password.
The reset access hole is between the USB and RJ45 port.
Select /enter VPI/VCI to 0_32 in wan page.
If you are using "bridged" dialer enter MTNL ID and password.
    Use opendns 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222

you can reset your modem by pressing the reset button. do one thing switch on your modem take a ball pen and press the reset button n hold for one minute then unplugged the adopter wire don't lose the reset button plugin the adopter wire again and hold it for 30 seconds remove the pen. assign any ip address between the range of 192.168.1.2-254, subnet-255.255.255.0, gateway-192.168.1.1, then type 192.168.1.1/main.html on your address bar username-admin and password-password.
