Broadbands as the name suggests is not actually what it means as neither the speed they offer is of exactly what it should be of broadband, secondly they do not offer broadband only as their main motive is to grab market by placing their phones eradicating completely the other landlines. While putting wires in the ground only they had kept the place so messed up that it was difficult to move for days. Many a times the modem gets blocked and gets back automatically or sometimes their men have to be called but I ask who will compensate for the time I couldn’t use their line as they say that it is 24 hrs non stop line.
I am a person who never keeps anyone’s dues and pay them much before their due dates and neither did I keep any dues for airtel but this time I came to know that they haven’t recieved my cheque at all where as I have deposited the cheque long before its due date in one of their drop boxes which are also not easily accessible. Above all they now want me to make a stop payment which will involve not only loss of my time but a few bucks unnecesary plus I have to now pay the cheque with a penalty if I follow their way. Now I ask everyone who would compensate for the harrasment burdened to me without any mistake of mine.
