Enter the world of broadband services, we are yet green at this level but we rare catching fast with the developed world. finally there is an alternative for BSNL dataone.
man-o-man I would invite any management trainee to take up the project on how to screw ur self (the case is of bsnl), these govnt guys had poor vision and pathetic after sales services.........now enters airtel..........airtel being bit expensive but worth paying that extra bucks.My friends had very bad experience of Dataone.....so they cautiones me of coming storm..........I opted for airtel solely on the base of brand MITTAL.....and he dint let me down.Mr. Mittal if u ever happen to read my review then except my congrats for providing such a good service....the value of after sales service is not new for india but it was dormant till now but its importance is well considered a hallmark for a successful brand to survive in market..........now getting to the point...........I am an avid net user and was looking for unlimited download/upload option but BSNL Dataone provides limit cap and they charge for every extra mb downloaded. I opted for 128 kbps unlimited plan(Rs 699/ + 10.2% service tax) of airtel...............the speed i get range from 70 kbps(peak hrs) to 110kbps(offpeak hrs)............................the airtel service guys are always ready to attend ur probs..........thay really do great job............so moral of the story is : go for airtel DSL unlimited
