Default Poor Service of Airtel Broadband

I was using airtel broadband service and I was the worst connection I ever had. The connectivity speed was really pathetic, I had opted for 128kbps unlimited plan and I used to get an average speed of 80kpbs and Airtel Customer care use to say it’s excellent and if incase I need better speed then I should switch to 256 or 512kbps connection.

Secondly, their service was also really poor, they took 3months to resolve my problems due to which I was not able to make effective use of my connection, they also promised to wave off the rental till the problem is not resolved, but later refused to do so and asked me to pay, due to which I had to disconnect the connection.

Even their installation team was useless and they didn’t had any knowledge about their product, my bathroom tiles were broken by the team and no body ever bothered to take care of this.

yes the persons who came for installation doesnt know anything ..

Yes its the customer's duty to tell them that where to drill holes and also you must go for loose connection if possible.
Airtel people were about to drill a hole in my bedroom and then I wasked them to take the wire through window.

Before doing any physical changes on the building the service technicians should explain the procedure and get a written permission from the owner for the said undertaking.
