Thread: Good Service

I am staying in Bangalore and have been using Airtel Broadband for more than a year and am pretty happy with the services except 1-2 hitches which I had to face in this tenure. The speed is good, the customer service is awesome. But as everything comes at a price, this ISP is a little expensive. I have always wanted to have the bill less than 1000, but I never receive, coz it comes with a free landline phone, which is giver free staratagically, so as to conpell the customer to use for phone calls. Although they dont charge any rent for the phone, but it may burn your pocket if you will just lose the control on the usage. My internet is unlimited andtill now I have faced the problems only twice. But I am happy that I can rely on Airtel services. So overalI will rate it Good.

just to add, the re-fundable deposit that they deduct in there first 2-3 bills is not so refundable if you are leaving Airtel within 1st year of service.

there betel modem is the coolest smallest modem I saw in India.

I'm using the airtel braodband service as well. I certainly agree that mno one can beat them in trerms of permonace and speed and the uptime. Its 100% so far in my case.
