Default Is it legal to change DNS Server

    Hi All,
I have changed the default Airtel DNS Servers on my computer, to OpenDNS. I would like to know if it is "legal" to do so? Also would like to know, if it is OK for me to change the same in my Airtel router?

    Thanks and Regards,
