Hi i am in bangalore and i Have Airtel Broadband 128 KBPS unlimited and i would like to say that i am highly suprised and impressed with the speed and the service they have to offer. There are hardly any dissconections untill there is some major fault somewhere and the customer service is prompt to respond to your queries and are able to handle almost any problem you are facing with the connection.

One impressive thing is theri follow ups they do once the complaint is registered, even after the fault is rectified i will receive e courtesey cal from the customer care enquiring me if the work has been done or not.

installation is another area i would like to comment..the installation is done ina proper manner and no haphazzard work is done

All other service providers i.e sify, indicom , bsnl are all crap i know my friends crying because they dared to get internet service from these guys..

Airtel broadband is highly recommended to everyone and i am sure you guys will get value of your money as i am having..
