What are the max speeds I can expect from Airtel? Does the connection seem to go up and down between the morning and evening hours?

Tested on an Airtel DSL connection this morning i get around 600kbps , when asked my friend how much did they promise , he said 2Mbps . I thinks its **Upto 2Mbps**, i may be wrong too.

Today i got 140KBps on an http download for the first time ever.. So its min 1mbps for sure all day long

140kbps transfer rate means 1120 Line rate... if we talk in Mbps then its 1.093Mbps
