Hi,
I seem to have this problem with my UTorrent ports. I use Utorrent and for the past week or so i see the Red icon flashing on my Utorrent client saying that the port does not seem to be open. I get good speeds on some torrents and on others i get pitiful speeds. I am on a 1 mbps unlimited connection, and i use a Zyxel router. I have done the port forwarding on the Zyxel page as directed by the tech team in Airtel but there seems to be no improvement. Would appreciate t if someone could help me fix this problem.
Incidentally while i was with Tata Indicom i never had this issue of ports being blocked. And i have only just switched over to Airtel. 12 days now.
Thanks,
ReB

.. then i decide to do a little research about the whole blocked port thingy. I stumble across a page from Microsoft which helped me to manually allow ports in my firewall. I did the whole manually allow ports in my connections thing and i found that the connections icon in Utorrent was green :14: . Then i thought why not restart the machine since it was on for about 48 hours.. and when i got back to the Utorrent page it was back to stage 1
