Rep Power: 0  |  Configure Airtel on a Xavi (tata indicom modem) I have a Xavi - X7721r+ modem from my tata indicom days. Have shifted into an apartment which has an airtel connection. But there is no modem with the connection currently. I thought i could use this Xavi modem for the airtel broadband connection. Tried configuring it as well with customer care help. It still doesnt work. Can someone help me with this???? |

Rep Power: 12  | Have you selected vpi/vci as 1 and 32. The other settings are almost common to most modems. Post ipconfig/all and your modem's wan page . If there is a diagnostics page see where it shows fail. Indicators · PWR -- Green LED, indicates power and operation · LAN -- Green LED, indicates local interface link status · ACT -- Green LED, indicates data Transmitting / Receiving · WAN -- Green LED, indicates ADSL data link · ALM -- Red LED, indicates data error or operation fault Last edited by essbebe; 09-27-08 at 09:58 AM. |
