Rep Power: 2 | Airtel dth is so costly. they are charging 2500 for 6 month subscription and this package dosen't even include any sports channel (except DD sports) and many other like HBO n all. Have they gone mad. If you want all the channels then its 3500 for a 6 month subscription. |

Topup is not very impressive. Their user interface with STP is of poor quality. Channel guide is total mess. I did not see even a single point where I can say Airtel is better then Tatasky. Buying Airtel is big mistake. I would say if anyone wants to go for DTH. Buy only Tatasky. This is my personal experience. I hate Airtel. Got it installed just 2 hours before and now I wish if they would refud me my money so I can install Tatasky. | |

Rep Power: 0 | Airtel dth - pathetic customer care  I have subscribed for Airtel DTH from Jan'2009 which includes a six months free offer. Everything was fine till 13.04.09.Then the telecast stopped and I am getting a msg on my screen that your card is not valid. I called up their customer care and get assurance that engineer from Airtel will visit my home within 24 hrs. However nobody came and I am trying to get the proper answer even after 48 hrs. Its very surprising that a renowned company like Airtel can have such poor infrastructure and after sale service. I am totaly frustrated with Airtel DTH. Regards, Sanjay |
