Thread: Are you Happy with Airtel DTH Service?

Please vote in the poll whether you are happy with the services provided by Airtel DTH?

Please state what your reasons are for your answer?

1.Customer service really good.
2.All the sports channels available and cheaper than TATA sky(IMO tata sky and airtel are the top 2 DTH providers)
3.I get about 15 Tamil channels (my regional channels).
4.There interactive service is really good.(Theatre ticket reservation etc)

because there is no ftv and no fta channel like ftv russia and other dth avialable this like big tv, tata sky so i hope they do some thing or they also take only ftv top up not ftv india at reasonable price . if our govt take dangerous decision on gay topics so why not ftv

1.They don't have state vice package.

2.In every channel they put "AIRTEL" logo like BIGTV.

Thats the reason for many of them going for SUNDIRECT(in this no logo)

As far as AirTel DTH is concerned, i have witnessed the lazyness and the non concerning attitude of Airtel DTH towards its viewers. Its amazing that they cant even respond to their own committments. I would never recommend Airtel to any one.

Also thier Services are very Horrible. They close the complaint without solving it.

I think the worst thing about Airtel DTH is that their quality is so rubbish, at times when the weather is fine you will have interruptions in the channels, which only occur when weather is really bad with Tata Sky.

I think another down point for Airtel DTH is that when wanting to read what a programme is about the description only stays on there for something like 2 secs and then you have to press the button to read it again.
