Thread: Airtel DTH - Likes & Dislikes + Airtel DTH package?

I found Tata Sky & Airtel good after comparing all DTH services. Airtel has very good clarity.

Things I like about Airtel
Very good clarity & better reception
Single remote to operate + Frequency setting with TV
Slick & small good looking DTH Box
Very good channels within basic package for just 115 Rs. (Discovery, NGC comes in base pack)

Things I Hate about Airtel
Channel lag of 2-3 seconds while changing channels.

Please share Things you like & hate about Airtel.

Which DTH package in Airtel do you use ? Is it good to have direct big package like Economy Pack Or get base pack + top ups ?

Share which package you use or prefer for north indian audience (Dont need any channel from South India)

What happens when you use Airtel DTH for 2 months & dont pay for 1 month (coz person is going out of station) will they disconnect all channels or will get free channels ?

Almost every DTH has a lag of 2-3 seconds when changing channels. TataSky has the least lag - maybe 1-2 seconds only.
