Thread: Grabing double amount of Airtel Set Top Box

There is no guarantee of Airtel STB that when it will get damaged, even after paying replacement charges of used STB to Airtel engineer it was not updated in Airtel records and after recharging TV channels again same amount was deducted. Purely Airtel is looting customers behind STB

Some amount? How much? Did you not call customer service to find out what the charges were for? It could have been for the engineer's visit may be. From what I know the set top box if customer's property and if it breaks down you dont call airtel you buy a new one I guess. I might be wrong but that's the impression I have.
