Thread: how to find remaining free minutes?

has anyone activated the pack for rs99 for which one gets 1000 A2A free calls?
if anybody has,can they tell me if there is a way to keep tab of the free minutes used?

The best way is to get in touch with CC and forward the query to them.

i have done that.they say to sms unb to 121 to find out the unbilled amt.but like in pre-paid the remaining minutes are displayed, i am not able to get any info on the remaining minutes.

Isn't there an SMS service for this? I never had prepaid service. But my iDEA SIM card has an option in the SIM menu to check balance, recharge, etc.

Check Airtel website also.

Dial *121*2# to know the A2A free minutes.

The info provided by them pertains for Airtel Postpaid

Anyways checkout the suggestion by simsandy43

it did not work.it just showsthe unbilled amount upto the previous day..

try *123*1# and replace 1 by (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) and check which number gives you the detail.

*123*3# gives sms account detail

are u sure??
changing the numbers will not cause some stupid service to be activated??

is ur number prepaid or postpaid?
*121... applies to postpaid
*123... applies to prepaid

Yes I am sure *123# shows Balance
*123*1# shows Airtel to Airtel Local Call Balance and validity
*123*2# shows Airtel to Airtel Local SMS Balance and validity
*123*3# shows Local Sms Pack balance and validity like (Recharge 46 and 112)
*123*4# shows Dedicated Account 4 Balance and validity
*123*5# shows Dedicated Account 5 Balance and validity
*123*6# shows Availabale Bonus Airtel to Airtel Local Call Balance & validity

Try till replacing till 9

These options are applicable only for prepaid connections. But it seems he is in postpaid.

Postpaid Plans dont have these kind of addon packs i thiink. And he didn't told us he is on prepaid or Postpaid.
