Thread: Airtel Internet for Prepaid Customers

Airtel telecom service providers have launched two cost effective internet recharge vouchers for its prepaid users but only in Delhi and NCR. This is the first time that internet recharge is launched and that too on an electronic platform. This is a way which makes mobile internet more convenient to use and also is affordable.
Users can enjoy internet access with a Rs95 per 100Mb, Rs26 per 15Mb, which saves about 80% on current tariffs.

Well i have used internet through mobile once, about a year ago paying Rs100 for a week.. But i am not sure how much usage could be done in a week.. I think the fig. 80% is too high an estimation...

Well this is a good start... it should be something like 150 or 200 for unlimited but nonetheless...

Its Rs 26 for 7 days...

i heard they are taking 495/ month unlimited usage...(phone dealer told me)..

i used internet on my airtel prepaid 3years ago, at that time it was 15rss per day and t was unlimited, i used it in my nokia 3230

reliance CDMA has been offering e-recharge for data for their prepaid segment for nearly a year now.
Good to see Airtel also joining in.

these airtel plans are still very expensive here, internet is basic need now and in other countries it way cheaper. I am not sure if Vodafone is offering unlimited data transfer to general customers but for wipro corp plan it is unlimited data transfer for INR. 299.
