Thread: Airtel prepaid problem

i am using airtel prepaid for past two years.i put 36 rupees booster pack for sending free messages in that 10000 messages free per month for me.They used reduce the balance from that sms account whenever i send message.But suddenly they started charging for messages as 50 paise per message and my balance 10 rupees gone yesterday.I checked my sms booster validity there upto 24th december 2010.i called customer care yesterday no response from customer care and they charged for that call also as 50 paise for three minutes.what to do.help me.i am in chennai.

airtel slashes call rates in chennai and announces new boosters also.like if you put 37 rupees all local & std calls 1 rupee for 3 minutes.can i get any other details?
