Does anyone know what is the special balance when we do *123# to check balance and validity in airtel.?
How to use the special balance?

There is no Special Balance displayed when we dial *123# on Airtel Prepaid. It displays Balance, then Airtel Minutes if any and at last is the promotional message.

There are different special recharges which gets diplsyed when u dial *123*number from 1-10# and is only available when you recharge with a particular easy charge or coupon.

I recharged with a special voucher 49 and it shows special balance 49 also.But dont know how to use the special balance.Do you know?

if any special balance is active on your number then depending upon the special balance (to which it is related) will finish first then core balance will be used.

Eg- if you have some airtel to airtel minutes, then, when you cal an airtel number, then call will be charged from this A-A special balance. when this balance gets over, cll will automatically disconnect.

Whats so special about 49 recharge when you are getting value of 49. If its shown in *123# screen then it means its Airtel to Airtel minutes. check when you call any Airtel number and balance will be deducted from 49 balance till the expiry of value or validity of special recharge
