airtel is really a thief... stole almost rs 500 since 7 years from our family

today i got a sms . thank you for downloading cricket game. you have charged rs 25.... i was speechless

then i started receiving cricket updates from AD-54321 everyminute.... got almost 50 since 5 hours...

i sent STOP CRI to 121 but nothing happened...
i called customer care.. the agent said he will deactivate it but nothing....

airtel really sucks...

Yes they will never stop sending evendo you already call to customer service they will continue on sending and sending..They are so ggrrrrrrrrrr.....
They are really a thief..Agree with you buddy...
