Airtel offered a very nice plan for call centers, you can check the plan suitable to you on airtel website.
I am using "My Sales Dialer" with Airtel for my call center. Now the owerall expanse of my call centre is 2500 INR only. with 12 Hr usage. I purchased "My Sales Dialer for 500 & only pay Airtel 1000 per month per connection & nothing extra I am paying to run my call center.
