Thread: Airtel activate sms alert by themself

I am using airtell for past 5 years and now they taking money by activating something ...i have not at all activated ..but the customers care say i have activated ....**** ..any one have this kind of problem


this is the second time happening for me

yup this has happened with me twice, one time i got charged for some e arthi crap and some friends chat rubbish. Both were being charged as 60rs per month, and 30rs per month, i didnt even know about this. Just get on the customer care or go to their office and make a scene till they give you your money back, this is day light robbery.

I am application airtell for accomplished 5 years and now they demography money by activating something ...i accept not at all activated ..but the barter affliction say i accept activated ....**** ..any one accept this affectionate of botheration

this is the additional time accident for me

write a mial to the CC , if they dosent respond , then file an appeal at regional appelat authority, if possible ask the to provide a written proof how the service got activated with attached proof for the same
