3g video call on android

hi does anyone know how to make 3g video calls on android phones ?
i am not talking about voip but 3g network that operators provide.

Please update which android phone are you using. In all android phones procedure of making video call remains same. Just select the contact and it should give you options to make call, send sms, send email, video call.

i am using sony xperia neo v and there is no video call option on the contact.there is call and send message option

Go to contacts try to tap and long hold any contact, it should give you list (check if you have video call option there)

it doesn't give video call option .but thanks for replying

most android phones do not support UMTS/3G based video calls. even many handsets with front camera only support VOIP based video calls.

some samsung android sets support 3G video calls.

Unless the called party also has 3G video call facility, the calling party having this facility is more or less useless.

Pachabhut is right. Only devices with front camera will be able to support 3G video calls.

His phone Sony Xperia Neo V got the front camera but still it doesn't support direct 3G video calling, it can be used with applications like Skype, Yahoo etc.
