Default Oneplus introduces New services for its latest mobile OnePlus 2

OnePlus is a very new mobile manufacturer from China that has impressed a lot with its offering, OnePlus one and the newly launched OnePlus 2. OnePlus has some very attractive features and the phone comes with a 1 year warranty, like every other manufacturer offers. But, OnePlus has introduced the two extended services for its smartphone, OnePlus 2. The services are known as B2X service and B2X protect.
B2X service provides one year extended warranty which will be covered after one year manufacturer warranty. Whereas, B2X protect covers physical damage and liquid defects for one year. Both of these services can be availed for 899 and 1299 INR from Amazon within 1 month of purchase.

The OnePlus phones are very impressive and they have incredibly attractive design. I think they look even better than the latest Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy. They are also reasonably priced which doesn't put them out of reach for the mass consumer. A feature that I especially love is the texture on the phone casing, it feels very nice to hold and you know it won't slip away in case of a slight mishap.

It's also great that they are providing this extended warranty. I would think that the average user of OnePlus2 phone would like to have it in good working order for as long as possible.

I think OnePlus 2 is a nice handset with 4GB RAM and 13 megapixel rear camera and 5 megapixel in front. It is a dual sim phone with good battery backup. Having said that there have been complaints with regard to functioning of its fingerprint scanner as sometimes it doesn't work. It runs on Oxygen 2.0 OS which I am quite unfamiliar with.

I doubt if a normal user would go for extended warranty by paying so much as the first two years there will be hardly any issues generally.

Since Oneplus 2 is doing a decent job in the market, its younger sibling is also doing great, the Oneplus X. One of my friends has recently purchased a OnePlus X and in terms of build quality, display, camera, its a perfect deal. I think its price should be slashed a bit, otherwise its an awesome deal.

One of the big additions to the OnePlus 2 is a fingerprint scanner below the 5.5-inch display.

Following in the footsteps of Apple and Samsung, the digit reader on the OnePlus 2 doesn't require you to swipe your print – you simply need to hold your finger on the reader for it to recognize you.

This makes unlocking the handset easier, as you don't even need to wake the screen. Just touch your registered finger to the pad and it'll unlock the phone, waking the screen and taking you to your home page.
