i am planning to get a iPhone 3GS from the US...

wanted to know from the iPhone users in INDIA whether i will be able to use all the features of the iPhone back home in INDIA.

i am planning to buy an unlocked one and then jailbreak it as well..

let me know if you guys are able to use maps and internet??

1. Good u are getting it from US as its cheaper there . but the 3gs hasnt been unlocked yet, it will be in few days

2. u can use all the features without any issues

3. Unlocked n jailbreak is the same thing juz a small diff u can do it yourself too...

4. i use maps and internet on my iphone 2g and it works lika charm ... no mobile comes closer to iphone amazing browsing experience , its just superb.

if ur goin 2 US u cud pick one for me 2 ... i can pay u and we will jailbreak it together
