i am a new member . I wanted to enquire about a channel 'kbs world' . It is a korean drama channel . It is popular throughout Asia . It is free to air in India . And comes in dd dth . But customer care said it is not coming . Please help

This channel is also available on Dish tv but if you have already got Big tv installed there is hardly anything you can do as its their choice wether to air a channel or not.

i have not brought it yet . But i wanted to buy it . I am considering against it now . But sir could u tell me where i can confirm all the 106 channels of light pack of big tv . Is there any body who could tell when it could it be availabe and others . Also customer care are ill fed

noor_sidhu I dont want to put you off but if you find their customer support not very helpfull dont you get an idea of what to expect after you have paid the money they are after?

Talk to dish tv customer support and you will feel the difference. Big tv is too new right now and we dont have many reviews yet moreover if a company launches a new product without proper prepration as in case of big tv it speaks volumes about their approach... There are a lot of people who have paid for big tv and are still waiting for it to be installed... whatever be the reason delay is delay.

Tata sky and dish tv ar great and hopefully big tv will also join the league in future but for now big tv is not a great option as it doesnt beam your channel.

Go for dish tv ... we have many members here who have dish tv and are very happy as well. Dish tv is also a leader in India with most number of dth connection in India and also has very competetive prices.

I am not a primere customer . I wanted to go for rs.100 pack . I found channels in big tv more interesting than in tata , dish or sun . Tata airs only star channels and dish tv only zee , and sun mainly south channels .But i can't understand why can't they air free to air channels .

But on the other hand i thought you said you wanted the KBS channel which is available on Dish TV, and like you said Big TV say its not coming yet on their services!

sorry i also could not understand what u are confused about . But my query is why can't big tv air all the FTA channels of dd direct plus . I wanted to buy it but now i am a bit confused in between all these matters

hmm. interesting discussions
let me tell U that I was searching for the new channels with scanning option since midnight.. and it was weird... sometimes I got 201 channels found and no channel was working... and when I woke up in the morning, they updated my stb and still there was no visible change in the look or in the logo ( everyone is annoyed with the so called 'BIG' logo).. and then after some time they said new channels are added in ur big tv and click on to scan.. the result was.. 193 channels found....
and as everyone complaining about CC of big TV..... Hats off to the cc... they know nothing. sometimes its customer who gives them information about new channels.... and I love their optimism.... They always love to say... 'jald hee aap ko jaankaari dee jaayegi... really hats off... sometimes I feel like they are raping me till i bleed and I ask them is it finished... they reply... jald hee....
i used to get angry and abuse them when i was new customer.. but now I feel helpless even abusing them and i start smiling automatically....
