Hello everyone

I am a new user of BIG tv. Please help me by answering a few questions.

1. How do I know , if a new channel is launched on BIG TV. is it updated & added automatically or I have to manually update the software.

2. How can I view my subscription details on BIG TV ? or should I always call customer care for the same ?
