Hello, I rummage around the forums, websites and blogs online to search for good dth service provider in India. As I have planned to go for one.

After doing research on some famous dth companies I decided to go for Big TV. Because of following reasons

1. Big tv is the first to launch with MPEG-4 technology in India
2. Big tv is brand under Reliance.
3. It became as popular as dish and TS within less time
4. Big tv has started breaking prize barriers in dth market
5. It is the one who offers more channels
6. Adding new channels with same costs
7. More channel packages with affordable rates
8. Soon coming with its Digital video recorder in market
9. Attractive interactive and wide range of programs
10. Finally value of money


Its my own review about big tv. As I found it good amongst other dth in market.

BigTv is not the first to Have MPEG-4 technology but SUN DTH was The First.

You know marketing of reliance (Like in mobile Industry throwing Cheap Phones in market)
People tend to go for new things even if its not good.

All Dth providers are offering more or less same channels for the given price. Some are good in 1 and some are good in others.

Big Tv is ofering more channels but even for premium packages they have blocked many (Like BBC, Filmy, Zee News, Zee Cinema)

Tata Sky has already announced Digital Video Recorder ( And at approx 8000 how many will take it, Only God Knows)

BigTv has not been able to broadcast COLORTV till yet even after more than 2 months of its launch, so u can think abouth adding new channels with same cost.

Value for money can be seen 3990 for 12 months comes to 332/month and i was paying 250/month to my cable operator and connection was not working for many a times and poor signal problem. So BigTV is better in that and i am enjoying the quality from last 3 months.
