Colors in Big TV hidden channel list!!

Hey guys check this out: it a list of some hidden channels available in big tv which are not displaying but its there. Colors is also there in the list..

The response of customer care is very poor ,rude and confusing.Package price range is too high.
During purchase the Reliance big tv u can’t know about hidden cost.They will show u they are the cheapest than other.
I think if u purchase it will be daymare for you.
I suggest other people to avoid RELIANCE BIG TV.

Please elaborate further. What hidden charges/costs?

What are hidden channels? Its something which I have not heard of before, and why would a DTH provider have hidden channels?
