Thread: Please read before buying BIG

I bought Big TV 3 months back. and after 3 months I am completely against of this big TV service. they dont have solutions to my queries so I am going to consumer court to get justice.

problems with Big TV

1. Worst Customer care
This is the ugliest part of reliance Big TV. when U call them up and U r new customer(the people interested to buy BIG TV), then U ll get call connected in a minute but if U R old customer u have to wait for assistance from CC

2. when U call them up, the lady in prerecorded call says "big tv ne apne channels mein kuchh badlaav kiye gaye hain, agar aap apne channel pe new channel found message dekhein, toh ok button dabaaiye" it means Thay have done some changes in channels means new channels are there... But this lady saying this for more than 3 months but I did not see any changes in Channels. (I am not saying upgrade in software) if They dont have any new channels, then whay are they saying they have new channels? this is like making Customer fool. There is not a single channel addition in Big TV for last 3 months.

3. there is no confirmed answer from customer care representatives on ur any queries
they dont know why they are talkin and what they are talking and whom. they have only fixed answer ki 'jald se jald' solve kiya jaayega. "koi jaankaari nahee hai'
sometimes U have more info but these representatives dont have.

4.Big Liars
i am asking for them for new channel addition, especially colors and Marathi channel Star Pravah. they are just making me fool for last 3 months. thay say coming soon. but there is no coming soon in Big TV. i called to CC on 18th Dec for colors channel... they said in next 5 to 6 days, colors will be there.
then they did some upgradation in their software on 19th december 2008. I called them up again for colors. they said 'shaam tak ho jaayega' still I am waiting for that shaam. its 2nd jan today.

5. CC takes their customer very lightly. they know only 3 sentence.
i. behad maafi chahenge
ii. jald se jald.
iii. pakke taur par kuchh nahee bataa sakte

I have all customer care recordings with me. i can prove how they make us fool always.

so please rethink before buying Big TV 100 times.

Good review for every planning to buy bigtv, I don't have bigtv but every body those are having bigtv have some or the other problem and mostly because of their STB and customer care.

best service is Cable service all time. they have STB now in Mumbai. U can chose ANY channel.
