I bought the smartsouth plan of 2190/- .Kind of good experience.

I got the channels activated(not all) including regional ones very fast after the installation completed yesterday.
The CC lady said they needs 72 hours for all channels activation(I think they are activating already!).Till now ,I don't have anything bad to say regarding their service.
that said :
I got the Hyundai STB(model -1) which is the most common one here.I tried with it and it hanged twice or so during the testing by me .ie ,there is no response except the green light blinking in STB ,BUT the current channel I was watching was working fine.I have to hard reboot(swithch off) the STB to make it work again.I hope they will fix this too.apart from that ,I dont find the STB restarting etc.

also ,Model -2 is available here ,but the stocks around 150 of them which was with the distributor was finished off already.the technician said ,they faced more problems with model-2.
But ,now these models all are fine working according to him.the customer service is not that bad here atleast.
I am happy to Enjoy interactive services properly after the days are over with sun direct.the channel pixelation is very less(almost nil) compared to sun direct.but I guess that is because of Sun direct's dish being a little small compared to BIG dth's one.
