Hi this is ajay.
I purchase rel. Big tv with lots of expectations.
But after completing the free sub. Period (light pack for 3 months,1990 plan)
the real problem starts.
As on 31 jan i request customer care to cancel my light pack and to activate starter (rs. 196/month).
They take my request and forward it.

Thats now the real problem starts......
After one day of request ..all the channels from my stb were disappeared.
There were only top up channels.that's 5 or 6 channels.

I called customer care 100s of times but for next one month there were no channels...
My balance was being duducted continuously.
And i lost 200 rs for one month.
I'll suggest u not 2 go for big tv.

After all this happen i switch to airtel.thats nice no problem of any .
Airtel is far ahead from big in all means.

Reliance is always a fake,cheater to the services by them.
