Thread: bigtv is cheating

Big tv is cheating with its customers. lots of issues but no solution.....
stb hengs if I navigate through channels or sometimes it hangs automatically than need to restart it again and again.
I complaint many times to customer care but no solution till now ( 6 months +).
stb is leaking minor current but still no solution from customer care.

they removed channels from poular pack and I am unable to see that channel which I subscribed at the time of taking connection. they refused to give me the channels which I subscribed for 1 year.
they are simply cheating , not more than that.

Please think atleast 100K times before going for bigtv.

does anyone having email id of ambani so that we can mail the same to him?

It will not help you to rectify fault. Just mail the complait to TRAI.

There is a Slight delay in Working of DTH System as compared to a Normal Cable TV.pls keep ur stb in standby mode..

Bigtv from the Start will have this problem of Hanging of Stb very frequently and also their STB heats up very quickly and restart automatically.
