Thread: Sports Channels Missing

Hello

I'm on the Big Tv south 2190 plan.According to it i must get a list of channels( saw in catalogue) for free for one year. I installed BIG TV last september and suddenly my sports channels ( Star sports, ESPN and Star cricket) are not coming. It is asking for subscription and in catalogue they are shown as free for one year. I haven't called customer care yet. Had some issues with them and now i know how they respond.

Just wanted to know if other subscribers on south 2190 are facing the same problem

Also, make sure whether you are having South Premium or South Delight, because, as far as I have understood, in South Delight, you won't get those channels.

Thanks for the reply. Smart south 2190 includes the south delight pack and I must be getting the following channels.

But i'm not getting Star sports, ESPN,Star cricket and Colors

i faced ur same problem i just called customer care and they just fixed it 4 me
