Hi friends, as usual I fought with cc yesterday.. here is the summery

3rd june. 11:27 am,
I called to customer care, the lady asked the problem
I said I cant see star pravah (Marathi). it shows please subscribe to the channel...
she said it is included to ur reginial pack, i said its impossible, because U R the 1dt who is saying its included, she said wait, i ll talk to my seniors
after some time she said yes, it is included, after an hour U have to switch off ur stb from main switch and U ll be able to see the channel

i did same, but i was unable to see the channel

i called up again, another lady picked up the phone, she said its not included, U have to renew ur pack for this (I am using my max pack), i said her that someone told me that star pravah will be included in an hour, but its not happening, she said, wait, i ll talk to my senior... she took 14 minutes to come back.. and as soon as she came back, she disconnected the phone...

I called up again, there was a gentleman this time.... he said U have to recharge ur regional pack for 33 rs... I said, I am recording ur call and I need proper information right now.. and if U R not able to satisfy my queries, let me talk to ur senior, and I said someone already said that star pravah is is included in my pack... he said wait, i ll talk to my seniors... he came back after 5 minutes, he said sorry we cant give U star opravah, u have to recharge, I ll note down ur complaint... and then I started using my Lnaguage, I dhamkao him, told him I have recorded ur call, and abused his seniors, he said switch off ur stb, switch it on, go to channel no 906, the star pravas was activated..
so if U cant see star pravah on ur stb, call cc right now.
