Thread: Software Update Failure

Hello Seniors,
Newly purchase BigTv reciever i am facing problem when off reciever by remote or by unpluging power massage appear for udate software press ok its take 3 to 5 min and screen showing software update is in progress and at the end reciever start automatically.
but its repeated everytime when off power.

Pls. help the resolve my proble.

i too faced the same problem..i called customer care in 18002009001
service person from big tv came and rectified the problem..now its ok..
