i am facing this problem 1st time.
i want to scan channels and there is and error:-
"Error(2) has occured.Please check your cable connections and retry.If the problem permits, call big tv customer care at 1800 200 9001".
This message sucks.

1. Switch off the STB using remote.
2. Do a reset by pressing the Green button for 10 secs and follow the on-screen instructions.
