please cheak the smart card no.-200560176683.

This smart card balance is 404 rupees but the service of this card is
not
active.
I am recharge this card on 13-09-2009.
please activate this card and answer me why my service is not active
after 24 hours.
I am call aprox 52 times on customer care but there is no responce.
