Rep Power: 3  |  BIGTV gets more costlier, increases prices by Rs.200 Today BIGTV has increased their entry level cost by Rs.200 and as a result of that the price of bigtv got more costlier and now the prospect buyers who are looking for a bigtv connection will have to spend more and gets costly connection. BIGTV have increased these Rs.200 as installation charges, Earlier they are charging consolidated price of STB and Installation but know they are charging Rs.200 extra for installion keep the rest of the price of STB remains same. |

|  Feed back of a Big TV Customer The response of customer care is very poor ,rude and confusing.Package price range is too high. During purchase the Relince big tv u can’t know about hidden cost.They will show u they are the cheapest than other. I think if u purchase it will be daymare for you. I suggest other people to avoid RELINCE BIG TV. |
