How to create BIG TV account in their web?

it first ask Smart card number?
then it ask registered mobile number and alias name?
what should i give for that???

In the "Alias" name, just give your first name.

The mobile number should be the same as you have filled while getting the connection, or it will display error. the passowrd will be sent only after that.
