Thread: application for new connection

booked connection through APPCO Marketing Pvt Ltd on 15th Sept 10. it was told that connection will be installed maximum within 7 to 10 days. cheque of Rs.1490/-has also been realised promptly. now 10 days has past. nothing could be done. after consulting the CC and marketing company, they are simply assuring don't worry, it will be done shortly.

what shd i do.
if this is the response of new subscriber, i am afraid what will happen in future.

now i m seriously thinking to get return my money. what i should do.

I too faced the same problem. They say 1week but it actually takes 2 weeks or so later on the customer service is very good...u get connected to they call center very soon.
