Thread: worst service !!!!

my big tv connection has old set top box which they used to provide earlier now many of the features dont work in this stb.... what is my fault in it i should be able to use all the features like that multi screen view that used to work earlier but now it shows only movie channels..... i think its time to switch to better prospects as this is pure cheating by reliance big tv. whenever i call the customer care some idiot having punjabi accent replies in tooti footi hindi that the problem will be resolved shortly as the new software is less compatible with old set top box.... it has been more than six months now and nothing has been done .... they should either change my STB or i am going to throw away this good for nothing STB.....

In such instances it really feels interoperability would be a great option to choose a dth.
