Thread: HD upgrade

I upgraded from a SD box to anHD box four days ago.My HD channels are still not coming.Every time i call the helpline they say 'we are looking into the problem'.

I too upgraded from SD to HD DVR since last week friday I'm also not able to receive any HD channel get this error message "smart card error 102 pairing error " are you also facing this same problem if I have called the customer care around 15 times now still issue not resolved. I am planning to sue reliance for this inconvinence and no proper support.
