Thread: What is ur expectation from BIG TV

The launch of Big TV is imminent. So guys, what are your expectations from this product. Both +ve and -ve expectations are invited.
For eg

+ve = good collection of VODs ( movies on demand)
better picture quality due to MPEG 4

-ve cant think of one right now..

I have always have bad experiend with reliance info com
both mobile and broadband

my guess is it is as worst its other services
will not have any good customer care

Let hope Mr Arun Kapoor do the Magic with Big Tv customercare

BIG TV will also follow Tata Sky, Dish TV etc...and will give the old wine in a pretty new bottle.

Wonder where u picked this line frm .. Old wine is ALWAYS better ........

but considering my exp wit BIG FLICKS !!!! WHICH WAS BADDDDDDDDDDDDD !!!!!

I hope they dont do the same with BIG TV .....

I like their mobile thing .. its better than my airtel in most parts of bangalore ...

and their STD free is amazing ...

I expect Delivery and good customer service - but that won't be. At least the CSS part - going by Reliance experience.

when is BIG TV going to be launched ??

I hope that the picture quality of big tv is good and even better than other dth services. I also want it to be even cheaper than the others and want of course a free stb's and free movies and add-on's.
