Thread: problems with big tv

hi,whenever such problems arise,instead of calling the CC,contact the Dealer from whom you purchased your connection.He/She will handle the problem in a much efficient way.In my case,even after making dozens of calls to CC,there was no solution.So I approached the dealer,then he contacted the concerned ppl and my prob was solved within 1 hour.

The only best thing to do when it comes to problems with products like these is to call the customer service center. The brochures usually have the numbers printed at the back.

The worst thing to do about a problem is to call the customer care.The Guys at CC are really really stupid.They'll suggest all sorts of stupid things such as "cleaning your STB","wipe your smart card clean and insert it again","get your smart card repalced from the dealer" and finally,"keep resetting your STB"

The only problem i face with BigTv is they are not showing some important channels like ColorTv which airtel has added in its package even its a new entrant so why reliance is not able to add it.
