With any new launch there are always "teething problems" - so you need to give time to BigTV to sort out the issues (max two months). Only then we should comment whether they have good service or bad service.
Since they have just launched they would have been flooded with tons of calls and inquiries. Not all calls will result into a sale (my guess is 50 calls = 1 sale). So BigTV cannot have a huge salesforce to cope up. After a couple of months the calls will taper off and then they will be able to optimize their force.
