Rep Power: 0  |  BIG TV is THE WORST DTH SERVICE PROVIDER BIG TV customer service is hopeless. If you are looking to purchase BIG TV DTH then please read about my experience.... I have purchased BIG TV on 1-SEP and since i have been calling the BIG TV Customer service every day. I am listing the most common answers that they give. ( Apart from waiting for in the que over the phone and also waiting while the customer service representative retrieve the customers data..for over 15 minutes ). TILL NOW INSTALLATION IS NOT DONE. > We are very sorry sir....It will be done asap > Sorry Sir..Installation will be done in 48 hours. > Sorry Sir ..Installation guy will call you in 2 hrs > Sorry Sir ..Installation will be done with in 24 hrs ..................i am tired and sick of it...So i am here to write about and let you know that ..Please you dont do the same mistake again.. For your reference my Work Order Number: 0000000000901848 Complaint Number: 75078616 ( raised on 3-SEP ) |

Rep Power: 8 | I would have though that a big company like Big TV (under the name of Reliance) would be really good and have one of the best customer services. But looks like its not good to judge anything even if it means the service is from a big company. Cancel your order and get your money back! |

Rep Power: 13 | Its the state of every service provider in India except a selected few who actually care about a customer... Its the crappy attitide of their employees. India has gone to the dogs  I have been making call after call to tata wimax guys like you are and same reply from them aswell... I guess they are all sitting in the same building and say the same thing to every customer.

Rep Power: 13 | Althought I hate the word TATA now after my tata wimax experience but I have been using tata sky for some time and its been trouble free ever since it was installed. |
