After a long struggle, I got the Dish installed and the reception of Audio and video shows that the wait is really worth. The post installation customer service has been really good.

As I watched the channels that are made available under South 2190 scheme, I saw that DD Podhigai is not there. It was accepted that the Channel is not offered by Big TV. I don't know what prevents them from getting DD Podhigai.

I also saw that Zee Sports is not offered, whereas a host of other Zee Channels are being offered. With the next stage of ICL due to start on October 10, the Zee TV is an important channel for cricket lovers. It is high time that Big TV makes arrangements for getting Zee sports also, lest they should get flooded with complaints in this regard.

DD Podhigai is an FTA channel. You should be getting it. Please complain.

DD channels should be available atleast as they wont have to pay anyone to air them

Even DD Podhigai is not available? That seems poor.

Oh my God, yes, cricket lovers will be leaving the idea of buying BIG TV and will switch over to TATA SKY (At least I would) if they don't include zee sports.

I am listening to many that they have had issues with installing Big TV. Poor service.

After a long struggle, I now have the BIG TV firmly estabvlished and I do get uninterrupted service of good video and audio quality. But alas, after giving a taste of all the 175 channels, suddenly they realigned the signals to the packages I have subscribed for. So, I lost viewing HBO, Neo Sports (who can afford to lose it at this stage?) and Neo Sports special. After getting clarified, I purchased vouchers worth Rs. 300, recharged my account through Internet and contacted the toll free number. The guy at the other end was polite in answering (a good tradition that they follow) and activated the two additional packages that I wanted instantaneously and to my surprise, HBO and Neo Sports were now available immediately. The great thing is that all these procedures took only about 20 minutes and hence the service should be termed as exemplary. Kudos to Big TV.

I only wish that they add some more tamil channels.
