Thread: issue with STB

Friendsz.. The menu is freezing randomly. Liek while trying to change the chanels it freezes and some times not responding but the set top box shows the activity LED for remote. It hangs for some time and then works.

Anyone facing same issue any any solution??

I tried manual downloading of the updates etc....

Same problem here i called up CC but to no uses getting through the busy lines is difficult and no use , so i contacted local enginner he said its a minor bug in software of a STB and you will get a update and it work ok.
