Reliance broadband sales team
Sunday, May 20th, 2007I applied for a reliance broadband connection back in January first week as you might have read in the forum where I have posted a very detailed thread about this.The main movive behind applying for a new reliance connection was to review thier services for our members on the forum so every one can get a first hand account of how it all went but its a shame that Reliance failed to keep all thier promises, Firstly they promised that I will get a phone call from the sales team within 72 hours which never happened and its been a few months now. The second promise was that the connection will be up and running within seven days but since then many seven days have gone by with no sign of the internet connection.I am still waiting for reliance to get in touch with me and in the mean time I have called them more then ten times to make sure they have my detail which they confirm every time that they do but unfortunately they dont do anything about it.
