The point is that no matter how expensive your gear is, it means nothing without someone who knows how to properly use it. A great artist can create masterpieces with ordinary tools. Some of reasons why you should go for a DSLR Camera are: Creative Control, Superior Sensors, Less Noise, Accessories Galore, No Shutter Lag, Instant Start-up, Higher Build Quality, Viewfinder Ergonomics and last but not the lease the Price. Some one interested in making photography as a profession should go for a DSLR.
